These Terms & Booking Conditions apply to all bookings made with 4 Golf And Tours. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Booking Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit (or full payment where applicable) and the issuance of our written booking confirmation.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
2. Deposit & Payment
A 30% deposit (or as otherwise specified in your quotation) is required to confirm your booking and secure the requested travel services.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, unless otherwise stated in your quotation or invoice.
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Payment terms will always be clearly stated in your quotation or invoice.
3. Amendments & Cancellation
All requests to amend or cancel a booking must be submitted in writing by email.
Cancellation charges are subject to the policies of the respective hotels, golf courses, airlines, cruise operators, transportation providers, and other suppliers.
Any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges, administrative fees (if any), and any non-refundable bank or payment processing fees.
The cancellation policy applicable to your booking will always be specified in your quotation or booking confirmation.
4. Services & Special Policies
Schedules & Reserved Services: Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time for all scheduled transfers, sightseeing tours, cruises, and golf tee times. Late arrival may result in missed services, which may be non-refundable in accordance with the relevant supplier's policy.
Supplier Regulations: Guests are responsible for complying with the rules and regulations of individual service providers, including dress codes at golf clubs, religious sites, cruise safety requirements, baggage restrictions, and other operational policies.
Weather & Operational Changes: Tours, golf rounds, cruises, and other travel services generally operate as scheduled unless cancelled or modified for safety reasons or by the service provider. Any refund, rain check, rescheduling, or credit for unused services is strictly subject to the relevant supplier's policy.
5. Prices
All prices are quoted in the currency specified in your quotation.
Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation due to supplier price adjustments, government taxes, fuel surcharges, exchange rate fluctuations, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Once your booking has been confirmed and full payment has been received, no price increase will apply unless requested by the guest or required by law or government regulation.
6. Travel Documents & Travel Insurance
Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all passport, visa, health, and entry requirements applicable to their destination.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage, personal belongings, and other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Special Requests
Any special requests, including dietary requirements, room preferences, caddie preferences, early check-in, late check-out, or other personal requests, will be forwarded to the relevant service providers.
While every effort will be made to accommodate such requests, they cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.
8. Liability
4 Golf And Tours acts solely as an intermediary between guests and independent service providers, including hotels, golf courses, airlines, cruise operators, transportation companies, restaurants, and other suppliers.
While we carefully select reputable service providers and strive to deliver exceptional travel experiences, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4 Golf And Tours shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident, or additional expense arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of any third-party service provider.
9. Force Majeure
4 Golf And Tours shall not be liable for any delay, amendment, interruption, or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, civil unrest, strikes, flight disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to assist guests and arrange suitable alternatives in accordance with the policies of the relevant suppliers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Booking Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Vietnam.
