Hanoi- Ninh Binh- Halong 6 Days 5 Nights

Day 01: Hanoi Arrival

Arrival in Hanoi, Upon arriving in Hanoi, our team will meet you at the airport and transfer to downtown for check-in—Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 02: Hanoi full Day City Tours

08:00 Am: Our team pick up you from your hotel lobby.

Today features the most highlights of Hanoi including Imperial Citadel…

After that we will visit the Temple of Literature - a temple to Confucius, this is also known as Vietnam’s first University dating back to 1070.

Lunch today is at the nice local restaurant in Hanoi.

After having lunch you enjoy a drive out to the outskirt of Hanoi to visit the Museum of Ethnology, widely acknowledged as the best museum in the country and it has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. As well as the comprehensive array of exhibits inside, there are also traditional tribal houses reconstructed within the ground. Then, we go back to the center of Hanoi to visit Ngoc Son Temple and Hoan Kiem Lake. Return to hotel in the late afternoon. Trip ends. Dinner tonight is on your own arrangement.

Day 3: Hanoi- Hoa Lu- Trang An

8:00: Our guide will come and pick you up at Ninh Binh (90km – 2.5 hours).
10:30: Upon arrival, travel directly to the boat pier and get into a rowing boat to explore the picturesque waterways in Trang An ecological site. Forested limestone mounts contrasting in emerald water, caves, lowlands, and rivers create a mysterious fairytale-like scene. Then visit a network of 11 caves with beautiful stalactites of all shapes and colors.
13:00: Have lunch at a local restaurant.
14:30: Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda – the pagoda with many records in Vietnam. This pagoda has the biggest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam (10 meters in height, 100 tons in weight) and also contains 500 La Han statues.
16:00: Get back to Hanoi.
18:30: Arrive in Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel. End of tour.

Then you will return to Ninh Binh City. and check into your hotel, have dinner & rest. It has ended the first of two days of the journey in Ninh Binh. There’s so much nightlife in this small town such as: can Walk Around Quarter 8, Co Do Stilt House,eat some special foods at Huong Mai Restaurant, and other restaurants.

Day 4: Ninh Binh – Halong- Overnight on the cruise in Halong bay

8:00 am. Pick up & transfer to the Halong Bay.

11:00 – 11:45: Check in at Ambassador’s Lounge (1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City).

11:45 – 12:30: Passengers are transferred to Ambassador Signature Cruise (in Gia Luan Pier) by speedboat.

12:30 – 12:45: A short welcoming briefing will be held at the Piano Lounge or at the restaurant.

12:45 – 14:00: Savor a delicious lunch whilst enjoying the majestic views of Lan Ha Bay’s islands and islets.

15:00 – 16:45: Your first excursion is Viet Hai Fishing Village – a primitive and tranquil location with precious traditional cultural values. You will have a chance to explore features of the locals’ daily life, visit fish lakes, bee houses, ancient houses, or experience fish foot massage.

15:30 – 17:00: For guests who are not participating in the excursion, we will serve home-made cakes at the Piano Lounge. Guests can also stay onboard and opt for an afternoon of pampering at Spa* or relaxing on the Sundeck whilst admiring the magnificent scenery of Lan Ha Bay.

17:00 – 18:30: At sundown, Ambassador Signature Cruise will anchor overnight.

This is the perfect time for you to enjoy cooking class or Happy Hour* and Canapes at the Piano Lounge or on the Sundeck (depends on weather conditions).

19:00: Savor a delicious dinner with Chef’s special menu at the restaurant.

21:00 – 23:00: After dinner, indulge in drinks* and enjoy live music at the Piano Lounge, squid fishing, a spa treatment*, or movies at your cabin.

Day 5 : Halong Bay- Transfer to Hanoi ( Brunch)

6:00 – 6:30: Start your day with a Taichi session on the sundeck or at the Piano Lounge (depends on weather conditions).

6:30 – 7:00: Enjoy light breakfast with coffee, tea, and freshly baked pastries at the Piano Lounge.

7:00 – 8:00: Explore Dark and Light Cave – a frog-jaw-shaped cave featuring marvelous sparkling stalactites in various shapes and sizes on the arch-shaped ceiling. This cave leads to a peaceful lake surrounded by limestone mountain cliffs. Kayaking and sitting on a bamboo boat rowed by locals are the best options for tourists to admire the cave’s interior (passengers can choose one of these two free activities).

8:30 – 9:30: Full breakfast is served at the restaurant.

9:30 – 9:45: Bill settlement and check-out at the reception at the first deck.

10:15 – 10:30: After disembarking from Ambassador Signature Cruise, passengers will be transferred to Halong International Cruise Port by speedboat. Get a private car and depart to Ninh Binh. Arrive in Emerald Resort at around 13:00. Free time. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 6:  Hanoi departure

Pick up & transfer to the airport to take the flight back home. End of the trip.
